Relationship therapy is useful in many different situations for different relationships
Just like with individual therapy, people seek out relationship therapy for different reasons. Some people feel like their relationship is in crisis, that therapy is their last chance to save their connection, some people have already decided that the best thing for them is to part ways and they want to do it amicably. Most often, people feel like the relationship is a little stuck, that they’re not communicating like they used to, not as affectionate or passionate as they used to be and generally not as ‘together’ as they used to be. Sometimes people are facing something new and they just don’t have the tools to work their way through it and need a specialist on their side working with them.
